CBD and Addiction

There is more to addiction than what we all learned in health class in 7th grade. It isn’t just the drugs in that box that we all got to look at to become familiar. There is so many more added to the fear of what our loved ones may choose to medicate or even take their own lives. We are all subject to this. None of us are excluded from the possibility of being directly affected by addiction. We all may have grown up with someone addicted to alcohol or cigarettes, but today the addiction we mostly see is meth, heroine, Molly, or another opiate. I know I left out some good ones . I know you are saying them right now and i know you have seen them on the news.

Currently in light of the opiate crisis we are dealing with in our country we need to utilize any strategy for coping with addiction. In this article I will discuss some findings on how cbd can help battle addiction.

One study found that after administering both a cbd and placebo there were less cravings and that lasted one week after the first dose of CBD was administered.

CBD is non psychoactive and legal in the US.  Several studies have revealed that consistent ingestion of regular amounts of CBD can reduce anxiety, restlessness and irritability that comes from working through withdrawals from a substance while trying to detox or become sober.

When one starts a treatment of CBD it advised to start low and go slow. Build up your tolerance.
I have talked with people that have been injured and they are given opiates for their pain by their DR. They take these meds for years. They start to wonder if they are addicted. They start to question how or can I stop? I have seen them cry because they are scared and they want to get better and they do not know how. I tell them to try Nuvita. I tell them to use their cbd every time they have pain and every time they would use their pain pill from their dr. To take their cbd. I feel this can be the advice with all chemical addictions. When you want the alcohol or the cigarette or the oxy you go for the cbd instead

I mention cigarettes and alcohol because those too can be addictions many people want to overcome. Ya know how it was too cool to smoke cigarettes?? Now it’s too hazardous to smoke cigarettes? Yea cbd can help you quit that tobacco also.
Addiction runs the risk of relapse. There is a 30% success rate for most addictions. Therefore taking cbd daily even after one discontinues a substance will help their progress by providing mood balance, reducing stress and anxiety and reducing cravings
While I have not seen the documentation proving it I’m beginning to wonder if cbd also helps with the side affects of seizures as a withdrawal. Some people that are very addicted to substances will experience seizures when stopping a substance. Even an alcoholic runs this risk. Perhaps since we know that cbd treats and prevents seizures it could prevent seizures from withdrawal. Pretty powerful stuff in my opinion. CBD can quiet the brain and body enough to stop or lessen seizures. CBD can calm and quiet the brain enough to allow a person overwhelmed with anxiety to function normally. CBD can help an addict overcome their addiction. I know i know you just keep seeing me talk about this magical plant. Perhaps it’s because I know something. What are you waiting for ? Try Nuvita and if you know someone struggling with addiction see if Nuvita CBD can help them too and let me know because one of my favorite things about CBD is seeing what it does for everyone. https://nuvitacbd.com/?als=Favorite  And you can use my code favorite to save 10%.
